What is RDSons's Returns / Exchange / Replacement policy?

All products sold at our website are brand new and 100% genuine.

The policy states that in  a rare case you find that the product you have received is 'Damaged' or 'Not as Described', you may avail our "QUICK EXCHANGE" Policy  in which you can exchage the unused product (with its original packing & price tags intact) within 7 Days of receiving it with new one without any cost, incase the product is Out of stock it can take upto 14 Days to dispatch else you will receive the full refund. 

Return/exchange/replacement for any other reason is not accepted.

How to return / exchange a product  purchased on RDSons?

  1. Contact us and provide Order ID details.
  2. Inform us the issue you have faced with product & our support team will confirm the return request.
  3. Courier us the product - You will be reimbursed the amount you paid aginst original receipt of courier company in terms of points which you can reimburse in your future purchase.
  4. Once the product reaches us / vendor a new piece will be sent in exchange of it.

Things to check before a product is returned:

  • Product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
  • Packed safely to ensure against damage in transit
  • Mention the Order ID / Return ID on the package so that we can identify your return
  • Return any free gifts received with the product
  • Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from you.

Returning a few items of the order?

If you have ordered more than 1 item, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

When is a return request denied?

  • If RDSons was not contacted within 7 days).
  • Product as in whole or part of has been used or consumed.
  • If the product is used and then after it is defective it is not covered under return policy , It is covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Products or its serial no. has been tampered with.
  • Products is returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories warranty card & manuals.

When are Refunds provided?

A Refund is made when we are not able to provide with replacement of the returned item.

When can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online within 24hrs. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

What are the steps to Cancel an order?

In order to cancel an item in your order:

  • Go to our website & Log in to your account
  • Locate the product you want to cancel and Select the option "Cancel Order" or send us an email at

How long does it takes to Refund the amount?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 7 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

Are there any deductions at the time of REFUND of an order?

If the order was cancelled within 24hrs - Full amound will be refunded to the source of payment.

Further if the Refund is for an item which was returned - Full amount including shipping charges.
